1. The driver of the hoisting winch must pass the training and examination and obtain a certificate of qualification before they can officially operate. Those without a certificate cannot serve as duty drivers or guardian drivers.
2. Internship drivers must be approved by the competent department and have a guardian before they can carry out internship operations, but lifting personnel cannot perform internship operations. Internship drivers can only participate in the driver examination after six months.
3. It is strictly prohibited to operate the winch after drinking alcohol, and those with abnormal mental state or severe illness cannot operate the winch.
4. Carrying people and dangerous goods, large materials, with one person driving and one person supervising.
II. Preparation before driving:
1. Before operation, check whether the handle and various control switches are in the correct position.
2. Check whether the instrument indications on the control panel meet the requirements, whether the high and low voltage meter indications are within the allowable range, and whether the low voltage is 380V. High pressure between 5700-6300V.
3. Check whether the oil pressure of the hydraulic station and lubricating oil pump station meets the requirements.
4. Is there any oil leakage in the main shaft of the disc brake reducer, and is the oil circuit unobstructed.
5. Check whether the over roll, brake wear, emergency braking, and depth indicator are sensitive.
