The output shaft of the second speed gearbox is equipped with gears, and the winch is equipped with a ring gear. The gears are connected to the ring gear through a synchronous pulley; The servo motor transmits power to the winch, driving it to rotate and achieve the winding and unwinding of the umbilical cable.

The ROV umbilical cable winch and management system also includes a manual umbilical cable retraction device, which is set on one side of the winch device; The manual umbilical cable device comprises a handwheel, a manual worm gear box, and a sprocket. The handwheel is connected to the manual worm gear box, and the manual worm gear box is connected to the output shaft of the second speed gearbox through the sprocket. The handwheel drives the manual worm gear box to rotate, and the manual worm gear box drives the output shaft of the second speed gearbox to rotate through the sprocket.
